Internet Culture from London… and beyond
The London Meme
Memes are fun because they always provide nuggets of insight about the person blogging behind the screen. Besides, there’s no harm in indulging in a little easy blogging now and again!
Gary tagged me in the latest meme going around the London blogosphere. Here are the three questions
1. Top-three non work websites:
That’s a really though one! As I work in social media, work and pleasure are interlinked to a certain extent! I’ll have to say BBC for news and weather, the latter being of utmost importance when you live in the UK; the articles are concise and I love their Twitter feed, bite-sized pieces of news throughout the day! Sorry Gary, I am a BBC girl
My second favourite website is Time out - I can’t stand staying indoors at the week-end, and Time Out is site to check out to find out about cool exhibitions, movies etc, and I also love their travel guides.
Flickr is my third favourite site (work related I am afraid) – I am passionate about digital photography and there’s nothing better than wandering the Street of London with my camera on Sunday afternoon and having the satisfaction of uploading them on a Sunday evening
2. Three favourite cocktails:
My favourite cocktail is a Cosmopolitan! I love the taste and I love what its represents: NYC, diverse cultural backgrounds and the countless night watching Sex in the City with the girls at university. I also love Mojitos (especially Bison Grass Mojitos), and have a soft spot for Russian Brides. Well, you get it, I love vodka! A little too much sometimes…
Top three karaoke songs:
Being a French expat in the UK, my friends constantly ask me to sing Joe le Taxi; why, I don’t know! My last attempt was at the Moo Tech Terrace with Sandrine back in August! I much prefer to sing in the privacy of my lounge, and shall keep the other two songs to myself!
My victims are Sylwia, Willem and Ruben

BBC i’m sure is most people’s daily read, it’s normally my first port of call too. Then it’s probably iGoogle to catch up on all my feeds and Twitter.
I’ll get tagged one of these days

Enjoying the responses from everyone, but surprised that the Mule didn’t feature in everyone’s top 3 cocktails… Oh how you all forget!
