Twitter spam or Twitter virus?
TweetRelating to the iPhone…

I was hoping that someone would kindly send me an iPhone after reading my last post
I just got these two messages from @thepinkpeppercorn and @deejackson - the funny thing is that last time I checked, their profiles were genuine.. @thepinkpeppercorn’s profile has now been disabled, but I am wondering if we have a case of Twitter virus on our hands… don’t click anything dodgy folks!
Has anyone received anything similar?

it’s a big phishing scam – although other than sending out more bogus links, I’m not sure what else it does
avoid any links in odd sounding DMs

Bastards! Excuse my French
– I feel sorry for whoever is contaminated as their accounts could be disabled – I think @deejackson’s profile is 100% genuine…
