SEO 101 – Page Title Tag, Meta Description and URL
Rule #1: SEO is a crucial element of a successful Social Media Campaign
Imagine you’re setting up a blog on behalf of a client, you should not only be able to guide and support them in terms of content, layout, plugins etc but also in terms of SEO to make sure the blog lands the top spot on Google.
The Page Title Tag, Meta Description and the URL can have a big influence on the rankings and if the result is inspiring to click on is sometimes a challenge.
But today I found a perfect example of how you can simply explain it through an image:

So true ! I saw this happening in case of my blog. That was the reason to change the name from ‘what i do for a living’ to ‘the qualitative research blog’ – the later sounds common place but gets me the right readers. Now I need to fix my meta descriptor
