My 4 new favourite fashion blogs (this week)

If you work with bloggers, you will naturally be drawn to the larger sites, as your clients will want reach and ‘influence’. But larger sites, are not always the best fit for brands; although posts may be retweeted and shared more often than on smaller blogs, do these articles really influence consumers? Or does the content get lost ‘in translation’ amongst more engaging content?

I’ve been doing a fair bit of work with fashion bloggers lately and  just thought I would share my latest  blog crushes written by hugely talented bloggers.

  • 5 inches and up: Boho chic Sandra, shares high quality photos and fashion commentary between London and Helsinki. She frequently features smaller brands and emerging designers which is a good thing in my books!
  • Wearing it today: Italian-Born Laura Fantacci is a stylist based in London. In her own words:  ’styling models for a shoot is one thing but trying to look good in every day life is quite another’. I couldn’t agree more, and I am super jealous of her wardrobe!
  • The Style Crusader: Based between London and Zurich, Jennifer’s blog offers an eclectic mix of continental fashion, street style and lifestyle posts!
  • Pink Bow: Travel, cocktails, photography and fashion – I’d love to spend a day in Pink Bow’s world.
When was the last time you discovered a blog that made you go ‘wow’! Share your latest blog crushes in the comments; it’s a great opportunity to discover new sites and break away from the ‘same old, same old’! ;)

Funny enough I also very much like the blogs you mentioned. I’m a blogger and fashion illustrator myself (so without nominating my own blog!) you should check out Decade Diary- pretty amazing.
