French Art of Loving
Jan 2nd
I recently spotted an interesting campaign for French lingerie brand Aubade, which I thought would make a lovely case study on how to engage with bloggers.
To support the launch of their new (and really cool too!) French Art of Loving website, Aubade teased a few bloggers to death (quite literally!) and invited them to a saucy event in Central Paris.
The agency behind this campaign firstly tipped off the bloggers with this saucy video. The bloggers who wrote about the video where then Facebook befriended by the person who originally posted the video on YouTube and invited them to a ‘let’s see if More >
Should bloggers get paid to write blog posts?
Nov 15th
3-4 PR pitches land in my inbox each week; I don’t mind being pitched and will happily write about brands and products provided the content is relevant to my blog.

Getting under the skin of the Flickr community
Oct 2nd
If you work in Digital PR, chances are Flickr will be included in your overall social media strategy. But what if instead of just creating a Flickr group where users can add their pictures, you instead identified the Flickr influencers and engaged with them?
Consumers (and not necessarily consumers who blog or read blogs) often take pictures of products or brands they like, and this can influence their community as a result. Why not find your brand evangelists on Flickr and include them in your PR campaign?
