Love instagr.am? Love cats? Say hello to instac.at (the rise of mobile photo sharing)
Apr 4th
According to *a number* of digital PROs, 50% of the internet is made up of cats and the other 50% of something else I can’t mention on here otherwise my blog will be spammed forever!
@adverplanner and @sydlawrence have created instac.at which essentially pulls all pictures uploaded on intagram tagged #cat. If you’re not keen on cat (but who wouldn’t though) you can also search for other hashtags.
It’s the first use of instagram outside the mobile platform I’ve spotted so far, and a very clever one indeed. The result: 2199 page views, 677 easter eggs found, time spent on site: 28 hours (Saturday 2nd April). Now that’s More >

Mercedes-Benz does #LFW: fashionable content curation
Mar 3rd
With modern web technologies everyone can be a content creator. This onslaught of content gives consumers more choices than ever, making it increasingly difficult to find the best content for a specific interest or need.
I’ve been determined not to miss this season’s London Fashion Week, but quickly realised that trying to keep on top of the #LFW hashtag is virtually impossible. There are simply too many sources to choose from. But I found the help I needed in the app store.
Mercedes-Benz launched last year (I think) a very cool app which pulls in videos and tweets, and behind the scenes content from More >

Postcards from Berlin: artworks by JR and Interbrigadas
Feb 20th
Street Art in the German capital is very much varied and alive; many artworks continue to be created and a number of artists thrive in this interesting city. Berlin offers a very wide collection of street art on its wall and streets through stencils, paste-ups, cut-outs or scratchitis.
For your pretty eyes, I just thought I would share a couple of artworks which really caught my eye.
French photographer JR caused quite a stir with his paste-up project face to face which some consider the biggest illegal photo exhibition ever. Through his art, JR aims to raise raising awareness within conflicts by showing each More >
That Honda Jazz commercial; would you really swing your phone in front of the TV?
Feb 3rd
The team at Wieden + Kennedy London has created an animated 60 second spot to assist the launch of the new Honda Jazz. There no denying that Wieden + Kennedy are creative geniuses however I have mixed feelings about this commercial.
This Unpredictable Life, reflects life’s wonderful and unpredictable journeys as the viewer follows a character from birth as they grow up; collecting experiences, possesions and a family along the way.
Wieden + Kennedy are claiming a TV first by supporting the spot with an iPhone app that turns a regular TV ad into an interactive viewing experience. Created in conjunction with Gravity More >
