I went to Paris for the first time in my life last week-end, and had a fantastic time catching up with a few friends in the French capital.
The Comité Régional du Tourisme of Paris Ile-de-France have recently launched their “Toi, moi et Paris” European campaign, and have asked a number of bloggers to share their ideal vision of the ‘New Paris’.

Londoners to Tweet ideas for a logo to promote the capital

You may remember a post I wrote last year about London not being sexy compared to New York…. well it looks like the Mayor of London has finally decided to finally commission a sexy logo for our awesome city – better late than never!
Boris Johnson will be spending £600,000 on the logo to be used globally in the run up to the 2012 Olympic Games and a shortlist of six design firms will be drawn from more than 450 entries after tomorrow’s deadline.

I recently got involved in a proposal on the topic of country branding which immediately got me thinking about London vs. New York. Both cities are so similar yet so different…
